Maylands Peninsula Primary School welcomes students from Kindergarten to Year 6 from our local intake area.
Local Intake Area
Maylands Peninsula Primary School is a Department of Education designated Local Intake School. This means we are only able to accept enrolments from a specific area around the school. Please check our local intake area map to ensure you currently live in the school's local intake area.
Eligibility Documents Required to Complete an Application for Enrolment
We will need copies of all the eligibility documents listed below to accept an Application for Enrolment. Please bring to the school office and we will take copies for our records or if you prefer to apply by email, please send the completed Application for Enrolment and eligibility documents to maylandspeninsula.ps@education.wa.edu.au.
- Current rates notice or signed lease agreement.
- Current utilities bill or official document showing parent name and current address (eg: bank statement, Synergy letter confirming connection etc).
- Original or Certified Copy of child's birth certificate or current passport.
- Child's Immunisation History Statement from Medicare (View sample).

If the parent or child was not born in Australia, you must also provide:
- Parent Visa details.
- Parent Passport.
- Child Visa details and Visa Grant Number.
- Child Passport.
If the parent is on a fee paying Student Visa (for example 500, 571, 572, 573), please contact TAFE International WA on 9218 2100 prior to contacting the school.
