Art Mural in the School  Library

Earlier this week a wonderful new mural featuring many different book characters from classic to contemporary books was installed in our school library. Mrs Christine Godfrey, one of our Level 3 Education Assistants, is a very talented artist. With the assistance of some senior students, Christine spent some time late in Term 4 designing, sketching and painting the mural. She continued to work on this over the summer break as a labour of love.

This mural just adds to the colourful array of tables, chairs and cushions that have been purchased for the library in recent times to make it a more vibrant and welcoming space. Thanks to Christine for taking the time to complete the art work which will be enjoyed by our school community for many years to come.
