Casual Staff Seeker

Our school uses a centrally supported booking system for all casual relief staff.

  • Once you have been processed and accepted into the casual pool you will receive your log in details and further information on how to access and set up your profile.
  • You will now be eligible to work in public schools across the state and be able to personalise your profile to suit your location, availability, and preferences.
  • Your online profile is easy to manage.
  • You can update your availability and contact details easily, in one place – rather than having to contact each school.
  • Casual Staff Seeker sends you a text message whenever a school wants to book you.
  • The Casual Staff Seeker User Guide may be helpful once you are accepted.

Working casually in teaching roles in our school

If you are interested in working with us as a casual teacher, submit your application to Jobs WA to apply to the Casual Teacher Pool.

  • You will be asked to provide information about your qualifications and eligibility to work before you are provided log in details for the system.
  • Full instructions are provided in the Casual Teachers Application Guide.
  • You will need to apply to the pool even if you are a current casual staff member.
  • If you are a current or former teacher, attach only a curriculum vitae to your casual teacher pool application. Your qualifications and eligibility details are already recorded.
  • Final year pre-service teachers can apply to the Casual teacher pool – Pre-service teachers.
  • New teachers submit a full application.

Working casually in support roles at our school

If you are interested in working with us in a casual support role, submit your application to Jobs WA to apply to the Casual School Support Pool.

  • You will need to upload your birth certificate and WWC card, and full instructions are provided in the Help Guide.
  • Examples of roles in this pool include allied professional roles, education assistant, school officer, cleaner, gardener, or a library officer.
  • You will need to apply to the pool even if you are a current casual staff member.
  • If you are a current or former staff member, attach only identification to your application. Your eligibility details are already recorded.
  • New applicants submit a full application.
